Smokey Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki

Our Smokey Lamb Burgers served with Anathoth Farm BBQ Burger Relish are a perfect way to warm up the family on those chilli winter days.
Ingredients
Patties
- 450g Lamb mince
- 1 Egg
- 6 Tbsp Anathoth Farm BBQ Burger Relish
- 1/4 cup Almond meal
- Parsley, finely chopped
To serve
- 4 Burger buns
- Tzatziki
- Chilli, sliced
- Pickles, sliced
- Cucumber, ribboned
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the patties together using your hands. Divide the mixture into 4 (each portion should weigh around 160g) and shape each portion into a patty. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a 2 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for an additional 3-5, until cooked through and dark brown on both sides. When cooked, drain on paper towels and keep warm.
- To assemble, spread tzatziki over each bottom bun. Top with ribboned cucumber, patties, sliced chilli and pickles. Spread each top bun with Burger Relish and place over the top of each. Serve immediately.
